Using reasonable care, our products will give you many years of enjoyment. All of our money clips are guaranteed to stay tight and not stretch open or break for the life of the product. All other parts, materials and workmanship are covered for one year. Normal wear and tear, scratches, abuse, loss or improper use are not covered. We will repair, replace or refund your original purchase price of the product at our discretion, if it is determined to be defective.
Please contact us directly for anything that needs attention. DO NOT return your product to the store where it was purchased, as our service technicians are best equipped to service it for you.
Simply contact our customer service department to receive an RMA number and mail it back to us with your proof of purchase dated receipt and a note explaining the problem, including your contact information.
If your money clip or other product is outside of the warranty period we will do everything we can to make sure you are taken care of in the best way possible. Often there is a small charge to fix or repair the product, but rest assured, we always strive to make sure our customers are treated fairly for the life of the product.

DOMESTIC REPAIR POLICY
For items we determine not to be covered by the warranty or are outside the warranty period we have standard repair procedures that apply. After having your product reviewed by our service department we will contact you with a cost estimate for the repair or service required. In some cases we have to replace older or discontinued products with newer versions. We will do our best to make sure customers receive comparable products based on current available styles.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Our money clips are made with the same care and attention as a fine watch. With the exact tolerances used to create the sliding lever function, it is important that your money clip remains clean and free of grit, sand, etc. Occasional cleaning and polishing will help extend the life of your clip. If your slide mechanism develops any difficulty sliding, sometimes a very small amount of oil on the slide bar "runners" will help. If you should encounter any other problems with your money clip, please contact us and we will do our very best to correct it for you.
To care for your exotic leather please avoid excessive heat, moisture or direct sunlight. We recommend applying a leather conditioner twice a year to maintain the shine and appearance. These conditioners can be found in exotic leather shops and department stores in your area.
Q: MOST MONEY CLIPS ARE CHEAPER IN PRICE. WHY DO OUR MONEY CLIPS COST MORE?
Our money clips are very unique with their Multiple Patented Technology, high quality materials and precise manufacturing requirements only possible with CNC machining. All of our products use genuine natural inserts (alligator, stingray, mother of pearl and wood) of the highest quality and each money clip is hand polished and assembled. Additionally, we stand behind our products and guarantee them for one year - after that time we will repair or replace it at a fair price should you ever have a problem.

Q: SOMETIMES I NEED MY MONEY CLIP TO HOLD MORE THAN USUAL. SHOULD I PURCHASE THE XL SIZE SPRING? CAN IT HOLD CASH AND CREDIT CARDS? HOW MANY BILLS AND CARDS DOES THE STANDARD SPRING HOLD VS THE XL SPRING?
All of our money clips are designed to hold cash AND cards. The spring will clamp money tightly and securely for as long as you own it.
Standard Capacity: Up to 7 credit cards AND 10 bills (Up to 100 bills only)
Extra Large Capacity: Up to 12 credit cards AND 20 bills (Up to 150 bills only)
Note: Our XL spring is much larger than a traditional money clip and operates best at near capacity. If you plan to carry small amounts the XL spring is not recommended.
Q: WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Normal wear and tear through reasonable use and damage from abuse is not covered under our warranty. To read our complete warranty, please see above.

Q: CAN THE MONEY CLIPS BE REFURBISHED?
Yes. It is normal to experience general wear on your money clip after extended use. The nature of the product exposes it to car keys, change and many other items that can scratch and wear your money clip.
Call customer service at (912) 335.4484 for and RMA #. We will restore your money clip to “like new” condition for a reasonable fee.
Q: HOW SHOULD I MAINTAIN MY MONEY CLIP?
Over time your money clip may begin to show scratches in the surface - this is normal and will not affect the function of your money clip. Using a soft cloth to wipe dust and dirt from the surface will help keep your money clip looking and working its best.
Try to keep the sliding mechanisms free of lint and other small debris as these things can cause the movement to become rough or difficult to operate. Sometimes a very small amount of oil can be applied to the runners on the sides and bottom of the slide bar to help make your money clip operate better. Make sure to wipe the surfaces clean after applying oil so that nothing gets on clothing.
For models with natural inlays (skins and woods) you may see a discoloration over time from being handled extensively, this is normal. We use only genuine American Alligator and stingray skins, these will sometimes experience shrinkage or wear due to oils in your hands and humidity in the climate.

I have been using money clips for 40 years or so. I discovered the M-CLIP by accident last year while looking at the Nordstrom department store’s website. I bought one with a black alligator insert. It was like a miracle! The design is ingenious & I believe the tension will last a lifetime with normal use. I now have 4 of them & swap them out every once in awhile. I don’t wear a watch or jewelry & the M-CLIP is my fashion statement! I have bought two as gifts. If you use money clips: Try one & you will swear by the design!
More important; recently I e-mailed their customer service with a question about maintenance. Within 20 minutes, I had a reply; unheard of for customer service! I wasn’t satisfied with the answer & I replied to an actual person (Name). Within 15 minutes, I had a phone call from the founder of M-CLIP; again unheard of, at least in my world! He and I talked for about 45 minutes. His story about how he came up with the idea is fascinating. Unfortunately for me, he invented the M-CLIP concept (LOL) first.
